Junior Idea Creator (POD)

Full-time | Hanoi, Vietnam

1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Research market trends, customer preferences, and emerging niches to generate creative product ideas for the U.S. e-commerce market, with a focus on Print-on-Demand products.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Designers and Customer Support, to refine and finalize product concepts.

• Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer demands to develop new products.

2. REQUIREMENTS:

• English proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent certifications.

• Creative mindset with the ability to quickly identify emerging trends and effectively apply them to product development.

• Familiarity with U.S. culture is a plus.

• Basic Photoshop skills are an advantage.

• Priority will be given to candidates with experience in e-commerce.

Working hours: Monday to Saturday (alternate Saturdays off), 8:30 AM – 11:45 AM, 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM.

Location: Office at 94 Lang Street, Dong Da, Ha Noi.
