Responsibilities
Interact with customers via email, online chat, social media in formal English
Resolve customer problems and complaints
Support internal other departments when required
Requirements
Prefer Female, Fresh-Graduated
Have a good English writing and problem-solving skill
Be patient, careful & detail oriented
Experience in Customer service is a plus
