Senior Idea Creator (POD)

Full-time | Hanoi, Vietnam

1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Conduct in-depth research across the US-UK markets to identify consumer trends, customer insights, and profitable niches for Print-on-Demand (POD) products, with a strong focus on Customized / Personalized products.

• Take full ownership of the product development process, from idea generation to commercialization.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and launch new products.

• Monitor product performance and continuously improve workflows and development processes.

• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices, and contribute to building scalable product development processes if you demonstrate leadership potential.

2. REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, preferably serving the US, UK, or European markets.

• Proven experience working with Print-on-Demand (POD) products, especially customized or personalized products.

• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Product Research / Product Development / Scaling winning products

• Strong analytical thinking with a keen understanding of market trends and customer behavior.

• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

• Basic to intermediate English proficiency.

• Experience using AI tools for market research, creative ideation, content creation, or workflow optimization is a plus.

Working hours: Monday to Saturday (alternate Saturdays off), 8:30 AM – 11:45 AM, 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM.

Location: Office at 94 Lang Street, Dong Da, Ha Noi.
