CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEADER
Communicating with customers through various channels, acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills – both Vietnamese and English
Listening, problem-solving, and conflict handling skills, as well as analysis, planning, and managing competing priorities to achieve numerous deliverables and deadlines are all necessary
Have the good temper to handle disputes and emergencies
Good interpersonal skills to create a cordial relationship with team members
Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment. Familiarity with e-commerce is a plus.
Fixed salary from 10,000,000 to 12,000,000/month

Working hours: 8h45 - 11h45 a.m; 13h30-18h00 p.m
Days off: Sundays and 2 Saturdays/ Month
Location: 3rd floor, 94 Lang Street, Nga Tu So Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi
