CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers via email, online chat, social media in formal English

• Resolve customer problems and complaints

• Support internal other departments when required

Requirements:

• Prefer Female, Fresh-Graduated

• Have a good English writing and problem-solving skill

• Be patient, careful & detail oriented

• Experience in Customer service is a plus

Working hours: 8h45 - 11h45 a.m; 13h30-18h00 p.m
